It’s now our second time to have Jeannene and Reza look after Soju in day care. They are very easy and prompt to deal with they sent us a photo of him playing with his new friends which made us feel very relaxed. They are such amazing people and I highly recommend everyone to utilize their amazing service for their fur baby.

I was lucky to find PetStays when the pet hotel cancelled Chloe’s accommodation at the last minute. Jeannene made the effort to answer all my questions and assist me with arranging pick-up for Chloe. Chloe enjoys her stay at Pet Stays and has been there for long vacations since last year. She is always excited to be picked up by Jeannene. I can tell that Jeannene, Reza and the other staff took great care of Chloe, as she always returns home happy and well-groomed. I get lots of photo updates every week. They help Chloe socialise with the other dogs and pamper her with treats.

Our Goldern Retriever Daisy has been staying at Pet Stays for two years now! She has had long stays of up to two weeks and shorter stays of a couple of nights or more. She is always very happy to arrive there and always comes home very happy. I know I can relax and not worry as she is being loved and cared for, like a home away from home (her holiday time). We always love getting photos of her there. We now have a 7 month old Golden Retriever Jasper and they both just stayed for the first time. It is great to have such wonderful people looking after them both! I highly recommend them!!

We started to use Pet Stays late last year after searching for a dog daycare service that was run by people that really cared. Jeannene & Reza are so lovely with our lively pup!
